Hey, thanks for the article, nice to have a different point of view.

For me it worked the other way around, have them but ignore them.

If I disable them I feel I constantly want open the apps to check if there is anything that could be important, and ending up getting distracted just for the fact that I opened the app.

Instead with being mindful on what I’m doing at the moment I’m more aware to classify 99% of notification as not important and discard them or mark them to answer later.

Of course many apps have useless notifications and can be disabled without any problem!
